Coding & Robotics Teacher

I am a creative teacher with over twelve years of experience in Pasco County teaching second, third, and fourth grades. I have a passion for integrating STEM into the basic education classroom and developing 21st century thinkers. I strive to foster a positive, engaging learning environment in which students learn to problem solve through collaboration and trial and error.

I grew up in Chicago and graduated from Western Michigan University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and English. I moved to Florida right after graduation, and began my teaching career. I now have two beautiful daughters.  My family and I love to visit the library, do crafts, and play school at home! I love everything about school and am so excited my children do too!

Explorations Coding and Robotics (Grade K-2):

Students will learn the basics of Computer Science including building algorithms and programming robots through hands-on games and literature-based activities.
