Hello Wiregrass Elementary Bulls, my name is Coach Carey Thompson. I’m excited to be coaching the Sports/ Physical Fitness after school classes, as part of the Wiregrass Elementary Explorations program. I will be starting my 4th year (WRES) and my 21st year, as a Physical Educator, in the Pasco County Schools. My educational background includes a BS degree in Physical Education/ Health K-12 Grades. I have prior Coaching experience in various sports including; Basketball, Football, Tennis, and Softball. In recent years, I have been running my own Kids and Family Crossfit programs. In my spare time, I enjoy movies, working-out, and going to the beach. Looking forward to helping my bulls to reach their personal fitness goals, in a funtastic learning environment.
