This camp invites aspiring young chefs to step into a real culinary environment and learn the foundations of cooking, creativity, and kitchen professionalism. Guided by an industry‑trained chef and certified teacher, participants explore food safety, measuring skills, proper kitchen procedures, and a wide variety of cooking techniques—from homemade pizza and pasta to stir‑fry, desserts, and more. Throughout the two‑week experience, campers collaborate in teams, rotate through kitchen roles, and build confidence as they plan menus, plate dishes, and practice leadership and teamwork. The camp ends with a celebratory outdoor cookout, where Junior Chefs showcase their new skills and enjoy the delicious results of all their hard work.

$275 per student + $40 supply fee per child
